All our frames are assembled and undergo a quality check by qualified mechanics before leaving our workshop. You can either collect your frame from our Bristol workshop or have it delivered at an additional cost. 


Our frames are manufactured in Ghana, so whereas we do aim to have a selection in stock the delivery times will reflect the time it takes to hand build the frames and to arrive as they come by sea rather than air. 


The overall time from when you place your order is between 6-12 weeks depending on how busy we are and the current stock we hold. We will keep you updated on the status of your order. 


All Netham Bamboo frames are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and/or workmanship for a set period of 5 years. 


This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of defective frame or defective parts and is the sole remedy of the warranty. 


The warranty applies to the original purchaser of the bike and is cannot be transferred. Proof of purchase date will be required


The warranty will be voided by the following:

  • Any damage, failure or loss caused by abuse or neglect

  • improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration or modification, 

  • failure to follow instructions or warnings in the owner’s manual, 

  • accident or other abnormal excessive or improper use

  • fitting incompatible parts

  • improper assembly

All items associated with the claim must be shipped to Netham Bamboo at the owner’s cost. Replacement components will be shipped by Netham Bamboo within standard shipping times. 

When you purchase a bike it becomes your responsibility to properly care for it and yourself when riding.


You have 15 days from receiving your item to return it. The cost and liability of returning the item will be your responsibility, we strongly recommend using a courier with tracking and insurance. 

We will be unable to refund an item if there has been damage or wear and tear to the product. If it arrives to us damaged due to transit we will be unable to offer you a refund and you will have to open an insurance claim with your courier. 

The products need to be in the same condition as it was received and in original packaging. 

Once we have received and assessed the product we will issue a refund with the original postage cost deducted along with a 10% restocking fee.
